Brokerage account identifiers;

We may use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve Tickerscope.
If you contact Tickerscope for support, provide feedback, or otherwise communicate with us, we may retain the information contained in those communications as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain appropriate business records.
Tickerscope may use information collected through the Services to:

These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their respective functions and may be subject to their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights and safety of Tickerscope or others.
If Tickerscope or substantially all of its assets are acquired, reorganized, merged, or transferred, information associated with the Services may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Tickerscope may integrate with services operated by third parties, including brokerage institutions, financial-data providers, authentication providers, market-data providers, and other technology services.
Your interaction with those services may also be governed by the third party’s own privacy policy and terms.
Tickerscope is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of independently operated third-party services.
Tickerscope and service providers supporting the Services may use cookies and similar technologies to:
Maintain authenticated sessions;
Remember preferences;
Provide application functionality;
Protect accounts and prevent unauthorized access;
Understand how the Services are used; and

You may be able to restrict cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies or similar technologies necessary for authentication or application functionality may prevent portions of Tickerscope from operating properly.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction.
However, no Internet transmission, application, database, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and should notify us promptly if you believe your account or information has been accessed without authorization.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the Services, satisfy legitimate operational and security requirements, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods depending upon their purpose.
Information maintained by third-party providers may also be subject to those providers’ respective retention policies.

You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account.
Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, recordkeeping, or other legitimate purposes.
Users who connect supported brokerage or third-party services may disconnect those services using functionality provided by Tickerscope or the applicable third-party provider.
California residents may have additional rights concerning their personal information under applicable California privacy laws.
Depending upon the law applicable to Tickerscope and the nature of the information involved, these rights may include the ability to request information regarding personal information collected about you and to request access, correction, or deletion.
Tickerscope will not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights provided by applicable law.
We may need to verify your identity before processing certain privacy requests.
Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” or similar privacy signals. Because there is not a universally accepted standard governing all such signals, Tickerscope may not respond to traditional Do Not Track signals.
Where applicable law requires recognition of particular browser-based privacy preference signals, Tickerscope will endeavor to recognize them as required.
Tickerscope is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Tickerscope may update this Privacy Policy as the Services evolve or as legal and regulatory requirements change.
When changes are made, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will be revised. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services when appropriate.
We encourage users to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
